In a sport that fields eleven players on the pitch at one given moment, the Barton Community College men's soccer team had eleven of its roster earning postseason honors. Landing eleven on the West Division of the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference team, the Cougars also received five of the twenty-two All-Region VI selections.

The selections along with a deep talented roster put together by second-year Head Coach Mike Brown, were ranked No. 16 in the national polls headed to post-season play having finished second in conference play at 6-3-1. Advancing to the Plains District semifinals, Barton had its season come to an end for the third straight year in a shootout as the Cougars finished 14-5-2.

Sophomore Boris Nana Tonzi and freshman Colin Roemer headline the selections as both earned first team distinctions on both the conference and regional award list.

Freshmen Hiroo Kimura, Chris Camilli, and Ezra Armstrong also made both lists being named to the first team of the Jayhawk West while landing on the second team of the region selections with Victor Gonzalez rounding out the conference first team.

Two sophomores, Jose Escobedo and Benjamin Zamora, repeated their second team conference honors, being joined by freshmen Sora Wakabayashi, Carlos Castrejon, and Filippo Reggio.
